In this role you would be providing 1st line telephone IT support for our external clients from our helpdesk. You would be responsible for fault and troubleshooting as well as providing Remote Server, Workstation and network infrastructure support.
This is a similar role to the Helpdesk Technician above, however you would be supporting our many clients who have Microsoft Dynamics NAV as their accounting/ERP system.
