I lead the Dynamics NAV team in IT Solutions. We provide business analysis and consultancy services to our clients as well as implementing Microsoft’s Dynamics NAV software.

I’ve been with Cooper Parry since 2008, and I moved from Audit to IT in 2012. Having an audit background means that I can really understand their needs from NAV. We can analyse their issues and provide recommendations for improvement, including how to make sure their infrastructure and systems are state of the art. It gives our clients the latest software and technology so they’re at the cutting edge to grow their businesses.

I’m a NAV Consultant within IT Solutions. It’s a varied role in which I help businesses transition to a new ERP system to help them work smarter. Implementing Dynamics NAV we always hope it will help make a business more efficient if possible, allowing a business to grow, but removing the headache of having to increase the level of admin with it.

The big difference though is often the information that they can get from the system - giving clients dashboards and metrics to help our clients grow and run their businesses. I like problem-solving, and that makes up a good proportion of the job!

There’s always a new challenge to be resolved and that’s very satisfying – seeing a business benefit from the work we do makes all the hard work worthwhile.

I enjoy looking after clients and seeing our recommendations transform their business.

I am a Senior developer on the NAV projects team. My role within PKF Cooper Parry is split into two parts, both within the IT Solutions team.

I’m responsible for the Solution Design for all implementation projects and upgrade projects. I also manage the NAV Helpdesk, which involves ensuring the helpdesk delivers high quality customer service.  Both focus on adding value to clients, and building a mutually beneficial relationship by giving strong business advice and growing a client’s business by giving them market leading software solutions, supported by a strong helpdesk.

I’ve been a Network Cabling Manager for almost five years, and I’ve been at PKF Cooper Parry for the last year or so. I’ve worked my way up from a school leaver to where I am now, and it’s great to see the people in my team putting in the same dedication as I did.

I really enjoy helping my team get towards their goals. I came to PKF Cooper Parry to build the Network Cabling team from the ground up – we didn’t offer the service in house beforehand. We now have a full team and a very large customer base – and I’m really proud of what we’ve achieved.
