1st Line Support - Castle Donington

The Role:

Essentially, you will be our client’s first line of defense for all IT issues, this involves answering and logging IT support queries over the phone, managing our ticket system, providing first line fixes to problems like password resets, network issues and hardware faults, all whilst delivering the best customer service in the world!

IT Intern - Castle Donington

The Role:

Our 12 Month fixed-term Internship is ideal for anyone wanting to dip their toe in the world of IT Solutions. During your 12 months with us we’ll expose you Microsoft Dynamics Navision, the latest in ERP Solutions.

The main bulk of your time will be spent within the Helpdesk team developing your skills in first line support. You’ll also get the opportunity to work on any ad-hoc projects in the team.
